Our Snowkite Group Course cater to companies, schools and friends/family groups from 4-16 participants.
If you are more than 16 we can divide your group to have alternate activities like Winging, Winching, and Guided Top Tours, to get even more fun out of your winter getaway.

PRIVATE COURSE FOR GROUPS
We have many years of experience catering to groups big and small and on every budget. Learning to kite on the snow is easier than learning on the water, and depending on your experience, many people with some skiing experience manage to get a taste of snowkiting in just one day.
For our 1-day Intro CLASS, we focus more on action and less on theory, and it is a great way to get a taste of snowkiting while being supervised by an experienced instructor.
On our 2-Day Group COURSE we go through the full program of our ordinary Snowkite Course for Beginners. The aim of this course is to give the participants enough knowledge to continue on their own, while we have fun 🙂 In other words; become independent kiters.
We can arrange kite gear for up to 16 people at a time, but if you have a bigger group, it is possible to split the group into time slots so that everyone gets to try.
You arrange your own accommodation and meet us on the kite-spot with your own ski gear and food for the day.
SERVICING ALL SOUTH NORWAY
If you have no preference on location, we recommend visiting us at Haukelifjell, which is a World Class Snowkiting Destination.
This is where we conduct most of our courses, with accomodation options in Haukeliseter Fjellstue (top recommedation), Røldal and Vågslid. You are also welcome to stay in your own tent or campervan.
When that is said, there are so many good spots for snowkiting in Norway; our Snowkite Courses can be held at any flat body of stable snow with steady wind.
So if you have a particular spot in mind we are mobile to come to your Local Spot in the vicinity of your cabin.

You need to bring your own skis/snowboard and winter outerwear.

Unfortunately we don´t have alpine skis or snowboards for rent at Haukeliseter.
If you need this then it is possible to rent:
- Arriving from the EAST (Oslo/Kristiansand)
- At Haukelifjell Ski Centre (10 min by car)
- Arriving from the WEST (Stavanger/Haugesund/Bergen)
- At Røldal Ski Centre (30 min by car)
If you need to rent ski gear vi recommend that you arrive by own car since you will have to pick up and deliver the gear yourself, before and after the course.

We recommend to arrive the day before your activity starts so you can rest well and start the day early.

YES, it is possible to take the bus to Haukeliseter.
Haukeliekspressen passes twice a day towards Oslo and twice a day towards Haugesund.
If we end up driving to any of the other spots than the one in walking distance from Haukeliseter, we always find room for individuals in some of the cars.
(If you come as a group of 4 or more, it will be best if you bring your own car.)

The wind and weather in the mountains can be extremely hard to predict, as local conditions can vary immensely due to terrain features and differences in wind direction. This is a good thing, as it allows us to move just a few kilometers to find the best conditions.
We have a full arsenal of kite gear with lightwind foilkites and large size kites for the slightest breeze (from 3 m/s) all the way to small storm kites with short lines for gale force winds (up to approximately 15 m/s).
More often than not, the wind shows up just as we are ready to fly.
